We have two Bavaria yachts that are owned by the Skippers and only used by Salana Sailing. Our boats are never bareboat chartered to maintain their high standards both inside and out. Both Bavaria yachts are British flagged and commercially rated to meet the British MCA coding standards and the RYA Training Vessel standards. This means that the boat is fully kitted out with more than the required safety and navigational equipment. Good food and good eating is also important to us so the galleys are also kitted out to a high standard.
Salana was purchased from new and its first journey was from Dartmouth to the Canaries. Gareth sailed Salana around the Canaries for three years before becoming an RYA instructor. Salana is fitted with a generator to refill scuba tanks and to power the Nespresso coffee maker. Take a look in our Gallery for more photos of Salana.
